BiographyAntonchik was an Honored Art Worker of the Ukrainian SSR (1970) and People's Artist of the Ukrainian SSR (1982). He graduated from the Kyiv Art Institute in the 1950s and was a member of the Union of Artists of Soviet Ukraine. He first exhibited in 1949. His work is held in several Ukrainian museums as well as private collections.
