DescriptionThe first name of the artist was given as Istvane on the donor's list. Was identified as Evgenii on the basis of a similar painting "Lion" in one of his publications. Born in 1939 in Moscow, Ginsburg graduated from the Moscow College of Art and Desing (Stroganov College) in metal-working. He became member of the Soviet Artists Union as a medal-maker. Actively participated in the unofficial art scene in the 1970s-80. Was member of the Malaya Gruzinskaia group and Club of Art Lovers.On View
